DPD disables AI bot after customer misbehavior
A disgruntled customer of DPD, a UK parcel delivery company, managed to make the company’s AI chatbot misbehave. The customer, musician Ashley Beauchamp, was trying to track a missing parcel using the chatbot but was unsuccessful.
